How long before I receive my Item?

Most of our items take 7-15 days to be delivered, but for some countrys delivery timing may vary.

What payment methods do you accept?

My Alpha Wear accepts various forms of payments for your convenience. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, as well as Paypal and Stripe.

What's the Return Policy?

We take every return on a case by case basis to completely satisfy our customers with every purchase. If the product is not what was described or is not received you qualify for a full refund. All Clearance or On Sale items are non refundable. The return shipping fee will be payed by you!

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum for any order.

How do I track my order?

Once your purchase has been completed you will be notified about updates on tracking number.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel order simply request a cancel through “My Account” page or you can contact us.

How does Buyer Protection work?

My Alpha Wear wants our customers to purchase with confidents, thats why we established buyer protection to ensure you receive the same item you purchased. If you dont recieve the item you purchased you will qualify for a FULL REFUND!
